Virtual Support Groups
NIED offers virtual support groups with a drop-in format. You are welcome to join a group at any time.
Male Caregiver Support Group
Designed specifically for male caregivers who often face distinct challenges in supporting their loved ones. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can share experiences, gain insights, and find the strength to continue your vital role. These monthly sessions are being facilitated by Dr. Blake Woodside. We will also have additional sessions with guest speakers.

ED 101 - Workshop Support Sessions
This monthly support group is designed to provide follow up conversations based on the topics presented in our Caregiver Education
Series (offered February, April, June, October), as well as other areas of interest for the participants. The goal is to expand on caregivers' understanding of the complexities of eating disorders in order to best support their loved ones. This group will be facilitated by Sara Robb, MSW.

Caring for the Caregiver Support Group
This support group is designed specifically for caregivers to explore the importance (and the challenges) of engaging in self care. We are
best able to support our loved ones if we feel supported ourselves. This group will be facilitated by Anita Pudlik, MSW.
